RHY share this sentiment and it is the reason as stated in the update why they chose to withdraw the application.

To proceed with the initial submission would be one giant bet that the kits leave Biotem and arrive at RHY without delay or issue. With a ticking clock that's an unacceptable level of risk.

I can't see why there would be supply chain issues moving forwards? Sure, the 20 days given by TGA were obviously not enough, however, under normal circumstances it should be very straight forward. Items are exported around the world in vast quantities every day!

Rhythm withdrew the submission because they couldn't logistically meet the TGA requirements within 20 days. I don't believe this reflects any doubts about them achieving the necessary batch testing compliance.
