    All their apparent commercial discussions hinged on TGA approval for favourable outcomes. They would definitely have known about the batch requirements. If they can’t get 3 batches in 20 business days, how will they scale.

    Unfortunately, I don’t have another year to wait speculating on TGA. Will be doing an FOI on TGA re: Rhythm to see what the actual go is and see if it aligns with the announcement.
