Its all speculation because they didnt release any of the 26 pages. Suffice to say that a document of that size suggests to me there were significant concerns with Colostat.
I'm more interested that they had nothing else to say about their partnerships and are comfortable to watch the SP, and their investors, being hung out to dry. Of course, the only investors they care about, who have probably been given a very full brief - didnt buy in at these prices either.
