Management is seeking 40% investor ownership of Dubbo, which leads to bringing price to satisfactory levels for the investor group and its brokers.
Common shareholders get squeezed in the process and need to hold out, or, if finances allow, accumulate
at heavily discounted levels to anticipate the rerate in price on investor and offtake news.
Until then, more of the same to endure for shareholders while interested party loads up on pre- deal ownership shares.
