Why does it take an increased offer for RNY to come out and say that some of the bids on the Acore properties have been increased.
Also RNY don't need to point out that one of the terms of the takeover offer is that the Acore properties are not sold. It is surely more of a protection that RNY do not sell the properties for below valuation.
I am not confident that the marketing program for the Acore properties were in the aim of getting the best price possible for shareholders. Disappointing really.
