I originally thought that Aurora were late to the party i.e. there was little upside left since most properties have already been sold. But this recent correspondence raises questions around the nature of management's guidance and previous sales. It was 1.5 to 1.8 cents, until Aurora came up with an offer of 1.7c. They now say there could be upside. I wonder what Aurora could done with the properties that have already been sold. No wonder I'm generally (not just this company) skeptical of management guidance.
