ZAG can say anything they believed in their annual report, as K2 was the only hope. For Vango and superior, maybe not. As per your friend’s analysis yesterday, K2 might not even be economically viable by itself. Again, Superior management must have realised that now so they filed the appeal in last minute. I am sure the current management at Superior knows what they really want. Trust your own management. They know they had to appeal.
