Also VAN be splitting mining costs and ore transportation 50/50 with Superior and also pay superior toll milling fees for the privilege of toll milling at Plutonic. These toll milling fees paid to superior that are per VAN 2017 pfs in range of 50% of mining cost. Where is van profit in all this?

Imo VAN only option is to use its 50% voice on committee that approve Superior k2 capex spend, to delay and block all progress Superior want to make to bring k2 to commercial production since VAN not capitalized to handle its share of Capex spend. Plus if VAN is able to borrow funds for k2 preproduction capex spend from ccp or the triad, the structure of k2 bts with Superior mean at current gold price VAN lose money on every ton of gold ore mined.
