The company is held very tight. can buy 200k shares on market which would push the price up to 27c.

That's currently 40k worth, they would want to invest millions.
I think it depends what options are available at the end of the PFS and the direction the BoD can go.
I believe from the AGM shareholders and BoD are aligned for an off-take to maximise value.
