I feel your pain.
With regards to water rights, that's not an issue, like others you can buy from existing holders.
Thought Nevada was dead and buried but seems like it's heart got started again.
With Pilbara and Nevada, CAD seems to be a long term hold.
Johnathan's purchase kind of confirms that.
