imo they must go the offtake route and potentially debt fund it (JV funding?) as a result. s/holders have been bent over enough.
also, i think we now know why LJ was so eager to get out at every opportunity provided to them.
long hard road ahead, and no stopping off to smell the roses unfortunately.
