If even WBC png deal going ahead, Kina still needs $245m capital raising, plus huge fund for the integration and development, capital raising @80c per share will be next month to acquire Westpac. Three will be me no offer for retailed share holders due to regulation not allow two CR’s in a year, for example in case of FFX
