PNG Government have already said they don't like the WBC/KSL deal.
Sure there is a further consultation.
However the state of play could be thus described.
"WBC is furious that their patsy got away" and
"KSL cannot believe their good luck, [or maybe the success of their Board connections]"
Other commentators on this thread, suggest that KSL should have no trouble raising the $235 million for September completion, of the WBC/KSL deal, yet I would like to raise 2 factors.
1. Covid situation is deteriorating, and
2. The rights issue last year was not a rollicking success.
