The company has stated that Rogers is leaving and we would have needed 50% of the votes to get the motion passed and you have made it clear that you supported management even after everything that has occurred. We would have had to contact all shareholders as many have probably given up and don't even follow the stock.

We can always pick it up again if the company go back on their word.

We were always going to lose after the announcements last August and anyone who held out hope that they were not going to be massively diluted was not being realistic. 

We need honest hard working management that keep shareholders informed and believe in transparency and good corporate governance.....just do what is required by the Corporations Act, nothing too unusual to expect but certainly has not been delivered by past management

Very few shareholders would support the company if Rogers remained after all that has occurred and we expect him to leave as promised by CTL..
