Fact is fellow readers, there was a poll taken amongst the signatory's to the decision and it was decided by the deadline at 3 to 1 that the motions be withdrawn as it was either restructure & refinance or administration. The group's action likely had claimed Roger's scalp already so the majority of the group voted wisely to maximise the potential for recovery, rather than hinder it with a pending action that would not make the CTL AGM timeline or offer anything pertaining to the ongoing concerns of CTL other than Roger's scalp..... that is far from embarrassing or disappointing!

    The group was 29 strong.

The group voted upon a deadline arranged by the representative to give CTL sufficient notice. The group delivered their action to CTL on 12 February 2019, CTL had a deadline of Monday 4 March 2019 to call the meeting for the s249D, the group voted over the weekend and contacted CTL Sunday 3 March of the outcome to alleviate any stressors to their restructure and refinance.

The group never named themselves rebels, that was a term coined by * reporting.
