I am not a holder of this stock but have been following it in curiosity. From what I have read there is a lot of incinerators in China which deal with waste and quoting for the contracts is highly competitive. I think the angle of XEPT with regard to this deal may be specifically the sorting technology of ANAECO (it might make the process of incineration there cheaper by being automated and also cleaner by being sorted correctly). But any move from them to enter into this market or affecting this market may not be in the interest of the current market competitors (hence the delay). This is just my opinion from what I have read, DYOR.
