There was recently a news article in West Aust, on waste collection and sorting,by the comp Cleanaway. A very large operation taking garbage from 1/2 of Perths Cities.They bale up tin cans and sell to the USA for $1400 an item.the rest sorted and either incinerated or land fill. I don't expect the sorting from ANAECO is special in regards to separation.The monetary costs would be paramount when considering type of waste removal, and possibly, esp in China ,the polluting result would be a prime as well.
