It's good to hear some news of any description and it certainly sounds positive. I'm not too sure about the rainfall causing the severe delays though. Information I can find online suggests that the Yunnan province is in the middle of a 3 year drought. The 2011 rainfall up to November was 841mm, "the least precipitation ever recorded for the same time of year".

On the same day, China Daily reported that 2 people were killed in a mudslide in the Yunnan province caused by the continuous rainfall.

Anyway, I am positive about the news in Ecuador, these are the permits that had shareholders so excited a few years ago and the loss of which caused our current low shareprice. I am hoping that we hear something positive about Yunnan soon, but I don't know what to believe about the rainfall.
