yes, I had the same thoughts - of course just like EHR to say nothing about it.

I thought of contacting EHR Agentine representatives... a name (at least) was mentioned somewhere in past announcements.

I expect we won’t hear of this matter via EHR, except the final ruling. EHR has too little cash or credibility to successfully establish a new petroleum venture, let alone fighting a case in two countries.

My guess is EHR will settle with their disaffected protagonist. EHR will be pleased to announce they have successfully secured an agreement to discontinue proceedings, with settlement being a good part of the stake money of the petroleum venture.

I lost a LOT on this company but I am so very, very pleased to be out.

What could the dispute be? Well, there are so many failings and falsehoods. and no doubt, I'm not the only one to have lost money. But, hmmm it would be interesting to know. It's like a tragedy; it is miserable but riveting. Like a being the rabbit in the head lights.
