Kiwichik , Salaries for management are decided by the remuneration committee, I note the MD has an automatic 5% increase built in per year in his 5year contract which commenced in January 2011.
Interestingly the share price has dropped approx 75% since January 2011,I would very much like getting paid around $400k a year whilst everything was going down the drain around me. However the collapse in the share price has certainly affected the share holding of the MD.
