If Porter was owed this money then give it to him, I don't have any issue if the debt needs to be paid.

All I see is money getting pissed out the window month after month, year after year and absolutely nothing to show for it!
Has any one calculated how much money the company has spent in the past 8 years, and where it has been spent? I can only imagine that 1st class travel and luxury hotels and big parties would be a part of the spend.
I blame myself for my own stupidity and current financial predicament, but I blame Sundance management for the predicament the company is now in, where yet again they want shareholders to bail them out of the sh%t!
