Not sure how SP will behave in short term;

but I think given uncertainties (COVID recovery and political environment), it will be reasonable to take the low end of those figures, then apply a more moderate PE, and some safety margin. That will a decent buy imo, if gets there.

Recovery will take time; and that probably gives enough time for all sort of games to be played in mid term. So I think those wanting in need to exercise patience here. But then it's easy to sit behind the monitor and make suggestions when not holding.
