I hold both ANI & TIX & agree with your sentiment. I was initially undecided as reading both side's arguments ended up as a zero sum game in my mind. I thought that there would have been more HC activity too. In the end though I thought the takeover has merit. Could be more like a game of poker than chess though. The major players are the institutional investors who I think have been holding back to see what pans out. Fife Capital don't obviously don't want to lose all their lucrative fees for very little ownership but the 'big end of town will be the one's that decide what happens. I think that if TIX doesn't get the % they want they'll probably just walk away from the whole thing (which means I continue to hold both). Just my opinion- dyor.
