It looks like Don's hand will be forced to pull the trigger on Nasdaq sooner rather than later...pre-PFS, with PFS now serving as an accelerant post-up-listing now. It's the best course of action for American Rare and shareholders after today's grubby joke of a proposal. OTC should continue SP momentum tonight IMO.
