It's scrip, not script.
The US$400m equity value is pure fantasy with an understanding of how these SPAC transactions work - redemption rate would be astronomical given the proposed premium at which point it just becomes an effective redomiciliation.
I am amazed this is still up 20% on the back of this "deal".
