Interesting move made here on ARR.

A question, after the debacle for the vast majority of SPACs a couple of years ago, why would such a move be made now?

Remember the USARE efforts back then to get 1/2 bill plus SPAC backing? It came to a resounding naught (like the US$400 mills Vital Metals 'experienced' investor Lionhead REs sought from the market when it emerged - outcome zilch!).

Yes, MP did get its SPAC, but it was already strategically funded by the US gov, privately backed, had a producing mine and a signed offtake. A very different financial and operational situation to the ARR WY present mine project.

So again why would this group want the ARR project in WY? Is it because of the malaise in the RE sector related to the crushing of many RE wannabees in the market, in part, due to RE prices, etc?

Looking for a bargain?

However, has anyone noticed that the Biden Admin' has not backed any RE feedstock project within the US borders in its nearly 4 years in office?

Note, MP, Lynas, REEMF and Ucore were US strategically supported to varying levels for their RE processor intentions, not mining (yes, it did not hurt that the two ROW gorillas already had mining in production).

In fact, have Re retail investors been asking why the Biden Admin has this year gone to support RE mining with ASM in AUS, Rainbow in SA and Meteoric in Brazil.

So, again, why should this entity want a SPAC with ARR in WY where there has been no strategic backing, no major private investment and no certainty of a mining permit being granted, never mind the potential for a long drawn-out legal challenge to any ARR mining in the state?

Yes, this certainly makes for good publicity for ARR, but...? - as usual, just asking
