The irony is that MM and PN should have been on paid-per-tangible outcome partcularly in the case of Biotron which is 100% on SHs' and Tax payers' mone. SHs and Tax payers have been tricked into buying the garbage. Who will buy the garbage even if a CR is announced? Taking them behind the bars and flushing their superfund would not be enough to punish them.
