Biotron’s Leadership: Cashing In While Shareholders Lose Out

We, the shareholders of Biotron, have been strung along for far too long with no return on their investment. Michelle Miller (CEO) and Peter Nightingale (Company Secretary) seem to have perfected the art of corporate stagnation, enriching themselves while delivering zero value to the very people who have kept this company afloat—its shareholders. Despite years of promises, so-called “progress,” and hopeful speculation, shareholder value remains in the gutter. The stock price continues to flounder while management collects generous salaries for what appears to be a masterclass in achieving nothing. Where are the commercial deals? Where are the partnerships? Where is the return on investment for shareholders who have supported this company for years? Instead of real results, shareholders are fed the same recycled promises and vague updates, all while executives continue to be handsomely compensated for underperformance. This level of inaction and disregard for shareholders should not go unchallenged. Investors deserve accountability, transparency, and, most importantly—results. It’s time for a serious shake-up at Biotron. Unless it is already too late.

It would have been nice if the company had advised that MnM went on a fully paid trip. Any SH should call Peter and ask him about this, as he has advised me about it in the past two weeks.
