    AFR article probably not helping.......

    Changes to ACFI are staged over time with Jan 2017 some more tweeking but EHE have time to

    adapt and either cut services or increase fees to cover any Government cuts.

    Government crying poor but still have money for Billon dollar Submarine deals........

    Need to look after the people first.

    Let's see how the Budget goes getting through in the current form ??
