What do brokers know! I've seen summaries of 2 brokers' reports for Estia after the results yesterday. Both brokers have lowered their target prices ($6.95 and $5.60) from a few months ago but are still way north of the the present price. So what do brokers know? Either more than everybody else or not much.
I'm not a trader or a big investor. A 3-5 year, or longer, outlook is my thing and I'm marginally sub-$4 average price so it's not wrist slitting time yet, metaphorically of course.
