Doesn't get much more concrete than that. Also, it's good to see that even with overly-conservative numbers (check the comparison graph on page 18, as well as figures they've used assuming only 55% (~48m) debt) everything still stacks up nicely. Looking good! Only concern is the timeline to production, but with the potential value here I doubt I'll care if it takes a little longer to get there.
