So, if I am correct, in the non deal presentation of 30/4, the sale deal was all tickety boo, but in the 30/7 capital raising presentation, the ENTIRE NEED FOR THE CAP RAISE is slipped into 3 lines on page 4 of a 43 page slide deck!
Is this not a material event, requiring a separate ASX release...y'know, notifying the market that their ass-saving deal to seel the loss-leading white elephant (MBU) has just come mightily unstuck and they need to raise a load of dosh at a 30% discount??
I've always had high regard for Gary (despite 10 years of sp evidence to the contrary), but I'm beginning to come around to the position of a number of posters. Clearly a willfully mendacious knave.
