Going by the top 20 lists for 2020/2021 it appears that some major holders have declined to participate in the placement and reduced their holdings substantially. Not sure why a change in substantial holding notice has not been lodged. It doesn't really matter how much ramping anyone does, if one or more majors continue to reduce, the SP is going nowhere. Not a problem if you are a long term holder like me, but a consideration that shouldn't be overlooked.
