Everyone has their right to sell at whatever price and we may never know the reasoning behind it, but buying undervalued stocks will most likely eventually lead to selling overvalued stocks. It's a principle that has worked most of time.
There is also the possibility that there is something looming in the background hence all the selling but I'll take the odds.
