That org structure is correct and applied some years ago. XAM got to 85 % some time ago and has completed lots of drilling since then. LG, the local director has not been funding his 15 % of this as far as I know so he should have been diluted below 15 %. If this is the case, we should be told whether he is funding his share or whether XAM is funding his 15 % to dilute him down. My understanding is he can’t be diluted below 5.6 % of Mongol Metals. Please check your facts
