Yes agree; they don’t want a fight with local partner on how dilution below 15 % works so my guess is a shareholder loan will have been created between XAM and MM to fund 100 % of drilling and then the equity arrangements sorted out later if local partner cannot come up with his share of loan. It’s important as if MM sells the project at some stage or is developed we want as much equity as possible. Good to see some positive share price movement
