I mean in regards to peer comparison and macro factors for SP appreciation, the downside is just in reference to 1.4c being as low as this stock seems to go. Pretty safe at these levels for my risk tolerance, minimal downside and maximum upside. I've accumulated at these levels over the last 9 months, if things keep moving along like they have been I'll continue to accumulate.
