Its a cap raise isn't it. By the ADT is trading and the amount of new shorts today i bet my left swiftball on it.
Those who are shorting will get to cover their position via new shares in a raise.
I smell it. Sold my entire holding today after failing to hold any significant gains.
Silver on a huge break out yet ADT can't.
