To your point I received some material inside info on ADT last week through a close friend. It's more than reliable, it is straight from a horses mouth and in writing. Nothing to do with production (nothing to do with Vares in fact) . It was both positive and potentially negative information all of which clearly should be in the public domain. I sighed when I received it...nice to be in the know but the insight into how the company holds back and disregards its continuous disclosure obligations wasn't actually disappointing to me at all. It was just confirmation of what we knew to be true.
