I think you are drawing the wrong conclusions although your math is great it's assuming the production is distributed equally each month. It is a ramp up process. i.e. ramp up from zero to full production.
If they are targeting full nameplate production in Q4 they can have 6 months of zero production. 3 months ramp and 3 months full production and meet the guidance.
