Good news but...18 October the bill will get pushed back most likely...and also - the bill has been amended and the final decision will be made by independent committee so the ministers won't have a say...

And also it will most likely be approved towards the end of next year (August to Oct) even if expert panel agrees amid so many protests.

I would like to see MKR getting through Jan 2025 first. If they cannot get the production started then getting so much money refinanced will be a huge issue or massive dilution
