From my understanding the finer details and questions you raised will be answered in the upcoming DFS.

Company has released what I would call a very pleasing general statement re it’s NPV in preparation for the upcoming meeting to vote on the merger I would assume.

But fairly certain those interested stakeholders have more to lose/ risk than all of us on HC put together. So not really sure this is a stunt to pull the wool over their eyes.

They will be doing their due diligence and the figures won’t lie in the official DFS. If they want more time/evidence before voting then so be it. Nobody said they will be using this as their voting tool. It’s a very big call with some pretty large numbers.
