    I agree though, nothing is assured. At the end of the day though it's in the governments best interest to sign these off.
    Don't they have 16% or something of that Peak project?
    EV1 seems to be holding up fairly well so let's hope that continues. Once it gets signed off hopefully we can get some progress. Until then it seams as good a stock as any to weather the storm.
