interesting that even the kola proposal has an npv below the construction cost.
potash appears to be a tough game. yes prices are high now, but the big players can turn on and off production to suit the market - and then bhp have that canadian thing so yet more more m's tons coming.
'tricky' is all i can offer to investors in the potash space.
