Review of the Fäboliden test permit is in my posting here.
It may be as anticipitated, or a bit worse and more costly,
there is a rule that because of the reindeer the mining may
only happen between May and September. Dragon objected
that the work cannot be performed during one summer,
and authority said that use then two summers.

As usuall Dragon gave more limited information with some delay.

Decisive may be the possible appeal(s) if filed until December 28th
and their handling. There may be reasons to appeal based on
EU water and ground water directives, for example.
