Yes, they do mention the costs include escalation factors to reflect present OPEX of current similar operations.
I was going to say something earlier in the original announcement, but knew it would be met with the same old diatribe.
Their analysis is based on 6 year old figures (old figures that have been updated from 'similar' operations). To me, it doesn't sound accurate at all. It might be super-ballpark, but I'm sure potential partners don't want an economic assessment based on other projects (and it seems the ASX won't accept this either).
Need to get their act together and bring on the updated feasibility studies... Really not sure what the hold up is, but not holding my breath for an explanation.
