AGY wouldn’t even bother presenting a $100M takeover offer to shareholders imo, unless there was absolute desperation due to all other avenues for ongoing development being absolutely exhausted…. Which we are nowhere near afaict.
We are hardly in a dire situation, see for eg:
imo the tide will turn as we progress through the feasibility study and expansion engineering, alongside improving macro, and this should bode well for a partner to come aboard and fund the expansion. That won't happen overnight but imo the upside is massive should it all come together.
The entire project has always been about getting the ducks lined up for the larger-scale project, from both a technical and funding perspective. This has been a roller coaster but the pointy end awaits, and perhaps the combination of all the tech progress to-date will coincide nicely with the improving macro as this year progresses, to enable a deal to be made. Ahh the fun at the junior end of town.
