I have previously shared cynical views on announcement timings and content in the past. You may well end up being correct on this one, though I personally don't see it in this case. When I first saw the offer document it was missing how to nominate for shortfall shares. It would have to be very calculating to assume they'd need to re-announce this oversight in order to generate publicity, to the level that it's improbable in my opinion.
