We know there is a strong likelihood of a lot more ounces coming from Never Never. The Gilbey’s complex is going to deliver at least a few hundred thousand ounces more as well, you would think. Then there is Sly Fox and whatever they can discover there.
But beyond the additions to the MRE, there is also the story of how high-margin many of these ounces are likely to be once they come through the mill.
If I have a criticism of how SL is promoting the story it is that the ‘profitability’ theme should be highlighted, not just the potential for more ounces. I suppose this is difficult without dipping deeper into a mining plan, but surely there is a way of communicating this potential, not just the growth-in-resource story?
