100% agree with your comments but would add one other reason they hit mineralisation 170m below the MRE - it is a very uniform structure to the deposit ie well behaved, making it much easy than most deposits to assess where it heads - the only area was when it veered off expectedly was to the south from the inflexion zone. Other than that it has been a very predictable deposit which is quite unusual.
